Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?
Orders are fulfilled within one business day from the time of purchase. Orders typically arrive 1-7 days from the date of shipment, depending on the shipment method selected at the time of purchase. Also due to Covid-19 restrictions there maybe delays on your order during shipping.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Canada and the United States of America as well as internationally. We ship to over 90 countries across the globe. If you are unsure about whether or not we ship to your country of residence, please contact a support agent in our live support chat to obtain more information.

How much does shipping cost?

Which carriers do you use to fulfill orders?
Orders ship with Canada Post, DHL, USPS depending on the location where you reside.

What do I do if my items were lost or damaged during shipping?
If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. TrenchLife Apparel only accepts these claims within five (5) business days of receipt. Please examine each shipment of product or tools carefully and contact us in a timely manner. Photos may be requested. A pre-paid shipping label may be provided to you by TrenchLife Apparel for any necessary returns of defective items. If the damage or defect is a direct result of the shipping carrier, you may be likewise asked to help participate in any claims TrenchLife Apparel may file to collect reimbursement for damages to your order. Limit of one return per order.

Shipments lost by a carrier are the responsibility of TrenchLife Apparel and the carrier. If your package has been lost by a carrier, please get in touch with our customer service department to have the package re-shipped free of charge. We are not responsible for shipments that were lost due to mistakes in your shipping address, so please be sure to double-check to verify the correctness of your shipping address.

If there is an error in your shipment, contact TrenchLife Apparel to rectify the issue within five (5) business days. We regret we cannot correct any shipments, replace missing ordered product, etc. if we are not informed within 5 business days. Please check all received orders promptly to ensure that all of the items meet your level of satisfaction. We will work with you to repair any errors as quickly as we are able to; including expedited shipping when necessary.
